Blue Economy Cluster Development

We led the participatory design of a regional cluster strategy for Blue Economy firms.
Result: A shared growth vision, implementation roadmap, and investment priorities supporting inclusive, climate-resilient enterprise development.
Belize
Private Sector Participation Strategy for Waste Management
World Bank Group
We developed a national strategy to unlock private investment in Belize’s waste sector through circular economy PPPs.
Result: A clear PSP roadmap, PPP guidelines, and a prioritized pipeline of 10 bankable projects spanning recycling, composting, and bioenergy.

Climate-Resilient Agriculture Project Development
Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA)
We supported governments and stakeholders to design climate-resilient agriculture investments aligned with NDCs and NAPs.
Result: Two validated, GCF-aligned concept notes and strengthened national capacity for climate finance project development.

We supported the integration of climate risk, adaptation, and finance considerations into Colombia’s PPP pipeline.
